- WWWCTApr 8, 20261.0I walked into Greg’s and had 2 people push in front of me staff did nothing about it and when I challenge them I was mocked and told I should of stopped them walking in front of me, the little girl serving was incredibly rude and laughed in my face multiple times and even stated her manager will do nothing about this aswell, the team behind the counter also stood up for their colleague but no one questioned her attitude towards the complaint other customers looked at me and even gave me a head nod to say I was right in what I said I spoke to the supervisor outside the store and even he laughed at me and did nothing of the matter. I have told them I will be back the next day to speak to the manager about this and I want the camera footage replayed to show what happened. I’m really not happy and I will be back until I get to speak to the manager I felt embarrassed and rage baited

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
