  By far the best Burger King I’ve ever had.Me and my family had the most wonderful experience regarding customer service; A lovely young blonde boy, I think his name was Matt, he was kind and understanding when my mum was struggling with the menu as we don’t usually come to Burger King. He helped guide her and served us right away, I usually get frustrated when ordering from different fast food franchises as they are usually an incredible long wait especially when it’s busy, but this boy was very calm and collected even when it was at lunch-time rush. The burgers arrived in perfect condition, I have zero complaints. Would recommend.

  I went back to the counter, and instead of properly fixing their mistake, they offered to just add cheese on top of an already cold burger. That’s not what I paid for. After I complained, they made another burger—but still got it wrong and gave me a completely different item (a Wagyu instead of a Wagyu Wellington). I paid £19.99, which is not cheap at all, especially when you work hard for your money. To get the order wrong twice and not take it seriously is very disappointing. Poor service, poor attention to detail, and a waste of money. I won’t be returning.

  Turned up store was closed due to snow, blonde women came round from the back (think the manager) rudely told me “closed cause of the weather” no issue with that but we are all in the same situation with the weather. No need for rude manners and to walk off when I was talking to her. Burger King please send out some manners training
