Ordered a large pizza but received a medium one instead. Called in, was told that the 13.5" size is the size of the box and not of the pizza and that all their large pizzas are 11.5"-12" only, so posting a photo from dominos website saying the pizza size is meant to be 13.5" and not the box

Haven't ordered a takeaway for a long time due to the lack of flavor and the ridiculous prices. However, the other day we were strapped for time. Decided on a dominos pepperoni passion. What a massive disappointment. It basically tasted like plastic. Domino's used to be the go to pizza place and actually yasted pretty good. There was hardly any toppings and what was there was of extremely poor quality. Now if you're only paying £20 you kind of expect that but when you're paying over £30 for pizza and your getting burnt rubbish delivered to your door in this day and age it's absolutely disgusting. That could have been £30 of fuel or of actual food. This is the last time I ever use Domino's and have now deleted the app.

The food is always really good, and the delivery driver Parasanna is a really nice guy, who not only delivers the good pizza, but also delivers outstanding customer service.
