    I’ve had a worst experience at this Subway multiple times. One of the male staff member always seems under pressure and never greets customers or shows a friendly attitude. On my last visit, I asked for a veggie patty, but I was told it was not available, and the explanation was unclear and said in stock they all frozen. While preparing my sandwich, the staff member also handled the food carelessly and got sauce on his hands, which raised hygiene concerns. Overall, the service has been consistently disappointing. I hope management improves both customer service and food handling standards and teach to staffs role and responsibilities and how to provide Coustomer services. 0/ Coustomer service 0/Food 0/Staff

    Ordered a delivery to my work but when it arrived it had barely anything in it (first time this has happened). Luckily I had to time to take it back to the shop, the staff were lovely. They had no issue replacing my order and were so gracious about the whole thing. Great staff and this had not put me off ordering again

    Not a good store, dark haired boy with a crystal round his neck was so rude to my mum, will not be coming again, disappointed and disgusted

    Just got 2 6 inc subs got home and one had lots of hair inside. Not just one strand but a couple I bit into it and had to pull hair from my mouth. Put me right of. Looked in my sandwich and was blonde hairs all inside. Gross. the service was also very slow.
