  I was served by Lewys and Leon, the cookie they served me made me cry in happiness. The first bite was so nice I had to bite it twice . Lewys’s hands were so smooth he must wash them at least 200 times every shift. The atmosphere was electric all the lads were chanting “I’m subway till I die”. 10/10 everything

  I visited this Subway a few days ago after my long night shift at work. When I entered I did not feel welcome AT ALL. The customer service, or more so lack of, was appalling and left a very poor taste in my mouth both literally and figuratively. When ordering my sandwich, I received dirty looks from the young boy serving me, as if I had offended him with my choice of sub. There were random vegetables that I did not order in my sandwich, for example two pieces of sweetcorn. This goes to show the lack of care that goes into making the food at this establishment. LUCKILY, I did not have a sweetcorn allergy, but if I did then this would be a completely different story. I was so frustrated after my visit, after being judged by the young staff that work there. If they were to receive some behaviour training, or get some new sandwich artists, I may reconsider coming back. I will be getting my food elsewhere for the foreseeable future.
