  My Kids and I had subway, because they really like it and wanted it and were very hangry, the staff were friendly, they didn't look like they have fun, maybe they didn't get on, nevertheless they were friendly to us, I think if they "made" the food you'd taste it wasn't made with love but they're just assembling it and it didn't taste any less than other Subway's so that was good. We people watched a hypothesised why the people were there, are they coming, going, locals, passing through tourists it's hard to really know and I didn't feel like talking that day, so didn't start talking to random strangers that day. "Strangers are just friends you don't know yet" We also wandered why people can't manage to put their rubbish in the bins that they walk right past to exit, people put your rubbish in the bins they're right there. It's not a fine dining experience when they come and remove the crumbs after you've eaten your bread roll and give you a new cloth napkin because yours is looking a bit worse for ware. There were small birds outside and that's nice to see in a busy carpark service's off the M4.

  Would have been good if the lad actually put in the sandwich what I ordered. 3 salad items were, for whatever reason, left out and despite me asking for lettuce, I received about 2 cm squared worth... thanks then. Don't waste your money; Go get a 4 quid Sarnie from WHSmith.

  If I could give a zero I would, bread was stale, no gloves used making my sandwich, Found several long black hairs in my sandwich when I opened it up while on my way travelling to England. Too late to turn back and make a complaint so will be going to customer service to complain. Avoid this place at all cost!! Can’t imagine what the kitchen is like if the food hygiene is so bad.

  Love how they have deals on all the time. Great that you can pick exactly what you want. Staff are always friendly
