  Hi went to subway in spitty Newport service was outstanding I met a gentleman by the name of miad he was polite and very helpful will definitely be going back again

  Visited this evening, female staff member complaining loudly that the store was busy and wouldn’t leave on time. Male staff member was polite. Was eating my food and found 2 bears hairs within the wrapping and a long hair in my food. This is appalling, staff should be wearing hair and beard nets when preparing food surely? In fairness the staff did not question anything female staff member gave a very uncaring apology and issued a refund. Would expect better cleanliness and food hygiene standards.

  Nice seating and friendly staff. Food was nice but lack of allergy information from staff which led to anxiety about eating there. They said it’s all online however this is not accessible for everyone.

  Order a sandwich from this shop for takeaway was made came home opened it to find it had been made completely wrong loads of things had been added and cheese was forgot tried calling the number but says was invalid number not happy waste of money
