    Visited this Subway yesterday at around 18:45 and had a disappointing experience. The staff member didn’t ask what meat I wanted and just chose ham without confirming. When I corrected it, he rushed the order and tried to wrap it without asking for salad or sauces. When I asked, he said I should have told him earlier, even though staff usually ask. At the till, I was told to get my drink before paying, which was confusing. During payment, he handled the money carelessly and dropped it, then rushed the interaction. He also told us the store was closing in a dismissive way, even though we weren’t planning to stay and eat and didn’t offer me a receipt . Overall, the service felt rushed and unprofessional compared to how other customers were treated. I hope management can look into improving customer service and consistency.

    Worst subway place ever. Salad looks bad. See pic. Staff like he is annoyed when asked for tissue he didn’t remove his glove and he handed me tissue wet.

    I had a great experience at the Caerleon Road Subway, thanks to Jay. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. You can tell he takes pride in his work, everything was prepared quickly but with care, and the service felt genuinely welcoming rather than rushed. It’s always a bonus when someone goes the extra mile to make customers feel valued, and Jay definitely does that. A real credit to the team.
