It's at the front entrance..upon arriving at 5pm (closing time) and explaining I have been searching for the past 10 minutes, all I received was "we're closed" by 3 sniggering employees ..unable to help, with useless blank expressions on their faces... Retraining in customer service required. just because you are closed doesn't mean you can't be polite. You are the faces of a company!!
