  I had a very disappointing experience because of the rude behaviour of the manager, Rhys and staff Sophie. There was a shortage of food items, but they were still shown as available on the display. After we placed the order, we were informed that some items were not available, and the refund we received was not correct or sufficient. We also had to wait for a very long time. Even though we were waiting before others, they served another customer first, which was very unfair and frustrating. In addition, we specifically requested no tomatoes and no olives in one of the subs, but they still added all the vegetables and did not customise the order as requested. When we tried to explain the mistakes and ask for help, the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. He even used offensive language and spoke to us in a very inappropriate way, which is completely unacceptable. The mistakes were made by the staff, not by us. Overall, this was a very poor customer service experience, and I am very unhappy with how we were treated.

  I like consistency and it's always consistent for sure. I also like the diversification with the nachos and jacket potatoes etc. The nachos get soggy but let's face it, who's don't after being left a while. The breakfast options are a refreshing change too. Can't fault it and keep up the good work guys.

  I don't mind a Subway from time to time and I've never had any issues at this branch. There's a limited amount of indoor seating, which is very handy in Llandudno if you don't want your lunch to be stolen by a flying rat.
