  Very bad service. Always they don't have defrost veggie patties always they show frozen patties and says it take long time to defrost. Today we cancelled 7 Subs.

  Popped in today for a sandwich - there was a small Queue when I got there about 5 people in front of me but normally 3 people serving would plough through that in no time. HOW WRONG WAS I !!!! I stood there for 10 minutes watching the 3 staff busily prepare sandwiches but not one person in that Queue moved or was served and no one said “I’ll be with you shortly or sorry for the delay!!”. I questioned the staff why we were all just standing there waiting and not being served as I was in a bit of rush now after being stood there for 15+ minutes at this point and I was told that they have to prioritise delivery orders (uber, just eat etc) so we had to wait whilst they prepared however many orders they have for delivery first. It took nearly 30 minutes in total to get 1 bloody sandwich. The staff were ok but only one of them, a young lad was quite apologetic but honestly subway you need serve your customers in the store stood there waiting or if you are going to make them wait please let them know this so we can make the choice to wait or go else where. Wish I went else where!!!

  today i was served by old lady in the morning she was very rude don't know why but i feel wierd she dont know how to treat customers .

  Really nice staff here and super quick service. My sandwich was fresh and tasty, and the place was clean. Definitely my go-to Subway now.

  Stopped going here due to poor portion size. Colleagues started coming back with decent portions. Decided to give it another go. Wish I hadn't. Not bothering again.
