  The person over the counter with they /them pronouns was very unprofessional I went inside and nd they them was packing some uber. Orders nd said let me finish it will be few minutes I was waiting then they finished the order nd still doin silly stuff here and there nd wasted my 10 minutes like serve me its 8am we gotta go to jobs

  just ordered from here and i ordered a foot long meal deal and a pepperoni and cheese roll wanna know what came the sandwich and the quavers how can u miss so much off an order the roll is no where to be seen my drink my cookie and i might as well have order bread because where’s the meat ridiculous don’t order from here order from the one in town much better

  This place needs completely new staff. Never open, even though it’s 3 or 4 hours before the official closing times. Never have ingredients in, always out of pretty much everything. The toasters are always broken… or are they! Maybe just a way of turning customers away whilst they sit in the back. Staff are always in the back and never come out to see if anyone wants an order. The staff are always so unprofessional its unbelievable. Was also quite shocked that I had to refer to one of them as they/them… didn’t even ask… just wanted a sandwich. Instead I just drive past this place and go to another one in Wrexham. Until the owner starts taking this serious I don’t think this place will be open for much longer. Shambles!

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. From arriving I was told you didn’t have what I wanted, the staff had zero tolerance for customers with no friendly voices or attitude. I then began eating my sandwich to only half way through realise I was eating the plastic glove. I brought this to staffs attention and asked to speak to a manager which I got told there is no manager or higher up at this store and it’s just general staff and there’s nothing they can do about it other than remake my sandwich. I would not eat another thing from this store after just eating plastic in my sandwich. The staffs attitude was disgusting and they wouldn’t even help, a refund would’ve been nice but it was not even offered. I’d advise to never come to this store, unless you want to choke on plastic and feel like you’re being a burden to the staffs day. I want to be contacted in order to rectify this or I will be taking this further.
