  The staff are lovely and polite. I never feel rushed when asked to place my order. I am always asked if i would like anything extra, which makes me feel better as i get anxious easily. the restaurant is always clean and tidy. I always leave with a smile on my face.

  Ordered on the app and the food was prepared on time. This appears to be a newer Subway store. It looks clean.

  To whom it concerns I would just like to take the time to compliment you on your amazing store in Carmarthen. today at lunch time me and my daughter came in for a bite to eat and were greeted so warmly by the manager and staff serving. The young girl who serving was being trained by the manager and what a wonderful job they were doing they made us feel special. The store was clean and staff were great and the sandwich was amazing can’t wait to go back Many thanks Jo

  came here and the women who was making the sandwich so miserable couldn’t even put a smile on her face. i asked for extra cheese and she huffed also asked for hash brown and she completely ignored me i don’t know what her issue is but she needs to sort it out. the other 2 people working were polite it was just this lady

  I was in the middle of being served by a middle aged bald man and then this very slight build youngster (tatoos on neck) came out of customer toilet with gloves scrunched up, he then without gloves on, took my food out of oven, and placed it down. Absolutely gross 🤢 That's awful hygiene. He should have washed his hands and placed gloves on, regardless if he washed hands in toilet, you wash them again behind sandwich bar. Middle aged man did tell him to just take money and leave sandwich but he'd already laid his hands on it.
