Avoid this store at all costs you’re better off going hungry!!
Firstly ordered via uber eats at the queen street store for them to cancel the order and then this store got suggested to me so I went ahead with the order with them. However when my order arrived I noticed my drink was missing and the food looked like it had just been thrown together with hardly any toppings I then I spoke to the driver who brought me my order and he said I would need to ring the store to discuss with them which I did. When I phoned the store and explained the lady I spoke to had an awful attitude and kept talking over me and saying that the Uber eats driver must have stolen the missing drink or something has gone wrong when he delivered it to me when I explained that I spoke to the driver and he had told me to ring the store. She then went on to say it must of been a mistake as the store was really busy but whilst on the phone to her the whole time I couldn’t hear a single sound it was silent when I brought this up to her, her attitude got worse so I asked for her name and said that I would be making a complaint to the manager and the company itself she refused to give me her name and then hung up on me, when I phoned the store back 2x she decided not to answer the phone I left a voice mail messaging asking if the manager could phone me back tomorrow. I then went to the store to get my missing drink which I paid for a second time and thought I would get the name of the rude person l spoke to via her name badge to find neither of the girls working there tonight was wearing a name badge and to find the store absolutely empty with no customers and the whole area was quiet so where she got the store was busy from I don’t know, I will be making a complaint to the manager tomorrow and to head office for the lack of customer service given. this staff member definitely needs some urgent retraining if my staff member dealt with a customer complaint the way she did I would be mortified. She is representing a company and this is how she represents it. Shambles.
