Really disappointed with the service at Subway on Penarth Road. Definitely not the quality I expected from Subway. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

Really rude ladies on the counter. We requested the foot long to be cut in half and packed separately. She refused. I offered to pay extra, still refused and said that's not part of our rules. Asked for her manager, who was exactly like her. Never going back again. Extremely poor customer service.

So rude I had a big order so all I asked for was an extra wrapper because there's so much sauce dripping and they say started being so rude and saying no. I've never seen such bad service!!! Never coming back.

I ordered the plant-based option. Friendly staff.

Visited Subway recently and had a frustrating experience. The store now has ordering kiosks, and the staff kept insisting I use one. I politely declined because I find it quicker and easier to just tell someone my order.
Despite this, I was told it would take longer to order the normal way, which didn’t make sense especially since there was only one other customer in the shop. That customer was struggling with the kiosk while being helped by staff, and it actually took longer than my order done the traditional way.
The main issue was the attitude from staff. Even though I was polite, they seemed annoyed that I didn’t want to use the machine.
I understand kiosks can help when it’s busy, but customers should still have a choice, especially when the shop is quiet. Not great customer service.
