Ordered on the app as always. Tracked progress of order and went in 5 min after app said was ready. Stood at the till waiting and bo one came. New kid being trained it seemed at the time and felt bad for him as he obviously wasnt being trained. Must have stood there 5 min before I called to someone making a pizza. He looked at me and carried on what he was doing. I waited 2 more mins then said where is my order? He said in the oven. System error was the reason the app told me my food was ready. No orders on the screen at the time, 2 boxes on hot hold counter and only me in the shop and they still couldn't get it right. Its no wonder the jobs are always advertised, the turnaround of staff there is crazy...someone new in there almost every week . Waited another 10 mins for my 2 items. Wont go back again. I'm not sure what's happened to the quality and standard dominos used to be 10 years ago. Food is also inconsistent, depending on who's making it. Dough balls all kinds of shapes and sizes, sometimes normal cooked, sometimes burnt. Pizzas the same. Its awful service and quality for what you're paying.

Ordered 2 pizzas from Llantwit Major via app. Used offer code so that it was supposed to be 2 for the price of one. Only one delivered. Staff at Llantwit stated offer only applied if you collected it. Told me to contact head office if I was not happy. Waste of time. Won't catch me again.

Really disappointing experience. We ordered 2 pizzas, but when the delivery arrived, the driver only had 1. We explained that we were missing a pizza and asked for both to be remade, as obviously the first one would be cold by the time the missing one arrived. The driver called his supervisor and we were then told they couldn't remake the pizza because they didn't have the ingredients. Fair enough, things happen, so we asked for a refund instead. My wife then tried calling the store to speak to a manager, only for the store to hang up on her. She ended up going to the store in person to sort it out. Even then, the manager kept trying to convince her to have the pizzas remade. By this point it was around 9:30pm, we both have work and we've got kids to deal with — we don't have time to sit around waiting for Domino's to eventually make our food after they've already messed up the delivery. In the end, I went without my dinner altogether. We weren't asking for anything unreasonable — we just wanted the food we'd paid for or a refund when that wasn't possible. The way the whole situation was handled was incredibly frustrating, particularly being hung up on and then having the manager continue pushing a remake when we'd already explained why that wasn't practical. Still waiting for my refund.
