  Nikolas was very friendly and helpful, 10/10 service from him. However, the veggie options should be displayed on the menus as we almost left thinking they had been taken off.

  been coming here ever since my 12th birthday in newport rd and been going here instead is still amazing, i do miss the other new foods like the corn dogs but still i enjoy coming here and will do each birthday

  Was really disappointed by the food here, my wife and myself had burned beef burger and vold chips. For a big company like TGI Friday, this is truly unacceptable. Wouldn't go there again. Staff were helpful by changing our order but as my wife is diabetic and needed to eat, then we were worried that it wouldn't get to us on time. Luckily it did, by we were left yo eat on our own whilst another 2 in our party had finished their meals. To get 10% off our meals was a laugh.

  Very very tasty food. I don't know why bosses are looking just to maximise their profits and are closing down so many places unfortunately. Definitely some useless managers from head office that have to go.

  It’s a TGI Fridays. Outdated now, really. Still has the classic early 2000s dine in feel, which isn’t around much anymore. A lot of the memorabilia, photographs and statues are peeling off, worse for wear or just a bit dreary. Could do with a clean! Service was slow but our waitress was nice. Most of the staff were smiley, others just stood around and pretended to look busy. Spent a while just staring at the floor, waiting for someone to clear up our plates and for us to request more drinks. Food took a long time too, and our appetiser, the chicken strips, were smaller than chicken popcorn you’d get from KFC. I remember the portions being so huge that you’d struggle your main meal. Shame, as they were expensive. The mains themselves were okay, filling and tasted as I expected for a TGI’s. Drinks were nice too, although it’s cheeky that they charge £16 for 2, but only for two of the same cocktail, so be careful. Our cocktails tasted great though. It was quite quiet despite being a concert evening, which, is saying something if a restaurant isn’t busy when there’s a busy event… Previous experiences at other TGI restaurants have been awful, but I left pretty happy after coming to Cardiff for date night. Tipped our waitress, she was lovely. Can’t say I remember her name. But she was the highlight!
