- YYYuki1 day ago1.0I’ve always loved TGI Fridays, but the visit last Saturday was extremely disappointing. We waited around 30–40 minutes for our food. The sesame chicken was okay, but the quesadillas were completely burnt underneath and we couldn’t even taste the filling. When we raised this with the waitress, instead of offering a solution, she told us the quesadillas were cooked on a grill and that ordering another would result in the same thing. We checked the menu, and there was absolutely no indication that they were supposed to be burnt. She didn’t offer a replacement and simply told us to order something else if we didn’t want to eat them. That is not an acceptable way to handle the situation. What’s the point of serving customers burnt food if no effort is made to rectify it? Her dismissive attitude put us off ordering anything else, including the dessert we had planned to have. Although the quesadillas and dessert weren’t charged, the overall experience was still very poor. Would not recommend!
