  Very disappointing experience. We arrived at 3:30 PM with two adults and two hungry children, hoping to grab some food with the 'Kids Eat Free' promotion. However, we were told they were no longer serving any food—only coffee—despite closing at 5:00 PM. Turning families away 1.5 hours before closing is really poor service. 1 star.

  喜歡在這裡跟朋友短聚，飲杯咖啡，有些餐店略有特色的，格仔餅的熱度剛剛好，少脆微香，可口非常。

  Tried to order the breakfast with gluten free bread (allergen) the staff didn’t really know what contained gluten or not so they gave me the allergen menu. The sausage contained gluten so we asked for them to be substituted for an extra hash brown and we were told due to Tesco policy we can’t substitute, so I ended up paying full price for less then what’s on the menu. This is definitely not the staffs fault, but I feel more training and availability should be an option

  Went to Culverhouse X Tesco for coffee. An absolute appalling service. Customers complaining about the cold meals, the wait for their food. Staff working backwards, an appalling attitude of the manager to a customer. Pathetic
