  Tried to order the breakfast with gluten free bread (allergen) the staff didn’t really know what contained gluten or not so they gave me the allergen menu. The sausage contained gluten so we asked for them to be substituted for an extra hash brown and we were told due to Tesco policy we can’t substitute, so I ended up paying full price for less then what’s on the menu. This is definitely not the staffs fault, but I feel more training and availability should be an option

  Very disappointed with the new breakfast hash, especially as the red pepper was raw..Yuk. Shame because it's a decent supermarket cafe.

  Lovely food and very friendly service at Tesco cafe. Louise as well as all the staff are very chatty and happy to help :)

  Very slow service, they take a little of time to take orders and to clean tables. Maybe they are a little low on energy perhaps.
