Saturday lunchtime not overly busy. Dirty tables not cleaned when eventually cleared by staff who don't appear to enjoy their job, probably because there's not enough to serve and make drinks at the same time. Food was clearly tesco basic range, precooked and barely reheated. Avoid.

The 1 star has nothing to do with the staff who served us. They were friendly, polite and welcoming. The food was fine too, what you’d expect. The food did take a long long time to come out though. Usually I wouldn’t complain, and it was fairly busy. However a month later a parking fine arrived at my house as I’d exceeded the 3 hour limit due to this wait. Tesco had no interest in helping me with this fine. If you’re shopping and eating, you’re at risk of a fine.

Very disappointing experience. We arrived at 3:30 PM with two adults and two hungry children, hoping to grab some food with the 'Kids Eat Free' promotion. However, we were told they were no longer serving any food—only coffee—despite closing at 5:00 PM. Turning families away 1.5 hours before closing is really poor service. 1 star.

  喜歡在這裡跟朋友短聚，飲杯咖啡，有些餐店略有特色的，格仔餅的熱度剛剛好，少脆微香，可口非常。

Tried to order the breakfast with gluten free bread (allergen) the staff didn’t really know what contained gluten or not so they gave me the allergen menu. The sausage contained gluten so we asked for them to be substituted for an extra hash brown and we were told due to Tesco policy we can’t substitute, so I ended up paying full price for less then what’s on the menu. This is definitely not the staffs fault, but I feel more training and availability should be an option
