- CRChristina RogersSep 26, 20261.0Went to the drive thru. Ordered a few meals. Stopped in the carpark to have a couple of chips and was greeted with a dead moth or something in the chips. Went back into the store, the manager insinuated we were liars and said that her colleagues would have noticed it, they may not have noticed a small fly... no apology! She said she wouldnt refund the order, I said we dont want the order refunded but that in our fries was unacceptable. She said she could replace the fries but she trusts her colleagues. Disgusting attitude from the so called manager who also wouldnt give her name. Will not be returning to this branch and will also be taking this further
- RRReconODST3967Sep 16, 20262.0Everytime i've ordered from the lunch menu something always ends up wrong whether its not understanding "just cheese" or just expecting everything you ordered mornings never had an issue but its always from the lunch menu onwards there's never not been an issue

- MTMark TrudgeonSep 5, 20265.0Quick delivery. Some food not very hot.
- CLCraig LiversageAug 15, 20261.0Don't bother. No salt and when asked, they say no, got none. Double quarter pound was greasy and uneatable, think they just took the pickles off a premade one that was made ages ago. No milkshakes. Unhelpful staff. Chips were cold.
