Food is great, never had a problem with the pizza etc it’s just every time we order they ALWAYS miss the dips!? We called today to say the big dip and the chick n dip dip was missing, got told it will be sent out as soon as the driver is back, we wait half an hour for it to never arrive. How can you prepare the chicken and completely miss the dip when it literally says it on the box 🤣 It’s a shame really puts you off ordering again, especially when the member of staff must hang up the phone and think nah they ain’t having their dips?!

Ordered a large pizza and had missing toppings that I had to pay for and instead of jalapeños they put regular peppers I did not ask for that honestly disgusting food

My partner has been up all night with food poisoning after eating their food.
