  Worst run burger king in South wales. Staff stand around doing anything but the work they have infront of them. Slowest BK ever. Never a manager about so the teenagers just dont work. Food is decent

  Order my burger (a singular burger) and had to wait around 25 minutes just to get it. Awful wait considering there weren't many people in there and looked like most of the cookers were sitting around doing nothing. I think I also saw my burger just sitting in the back for around 10 minutes just not being served to me. My friends had to wait even longer just to get some chips! The cookers are lucky I don't like confrontation.

  When I entered the store it was clean and very presentable and the staff were extremely friendly and quick to make my food. Lewys helped me significantly in terms of placing an order and was amazing at his job
