  This store hates vegetarians! This is the closest store to the University, which has a large vegetarian population. The meal deal selection is absolutely atrocious for us! There is about 20 different chicken flavours which generally remain untouched and probably all taste the same. Meanwhile any vegetarian options beyond the cheese and tomato pasta, 2 sandwiches and a Vegetable sushi are usually taken by people who don't fancy chicken that day... And don't even get started with the Vegan options. Do better guys.

  had a really bad interaction with a staff member this morning. usually its hard to find any staff around when on the self checkout, which I appreciate isnt their fault, they just seem to constantly be understaffed. i needed something approving and a older female member of staff came to do so but was very rude, essentially told me to move out of the way and seemed very exasperated. she then was incredibly rude to a customer when telling him to move out of the way of the doors. he was blocking them so they couldn't close, but he clearly wasn't doing it on purpose and she spoke to him in such a disrespectful way that he seemed quite taken aback. I understand sometimes people aren't having a good day at work but this felt really intentional and she did not try at all to be kind or treat people with any respect.
