  For some inexplicable reason, the night window doesn't serve pedestrians. This is pure discrimination.

  Me and my Friends all got sick after eating the food, couldn't finish any of it cuz the chicken from the happy meal chicken nuggets were stone cold in the middle and so was the McCrispy, and the big tasty had green bits in the meat. Cola was tipped over and was spilling in the bag and was all over the mcflurries and milkshakes.

  The worst McDonald's I have ever been. We have never had an order correct. If you order for pick up they click on the app ready for collection then that it was collected but in reality your waiting for about 45MINS IN YOUR CAR. They obviously trying to make their serving times good for reports. The mcflurry portions are TINY we actually hear the manager shout at the staff saying they are too full and to make them smaller. They are always all over the place and waiting time are ridiculous!!

  Worst mcdonalds in the area! Take far too long to serve customers, this is supposed to be fast food, always something missing.

  Hands down the worst McDonald's in Lanarkshire, almost 30 mins wait in the drive thru from ordering 4 mcflurries, to get sent to the 1st window, had to beep the horn to get someone to come down, to be told they tried to change the mix but now mcflurries aren't working. Got given a big mac a few weeks ago with no top bun on it, never any onions on any of the burgers, always have to wait an eternity if you go in and collect aswell, always prioritise just eat orders/deliveries. Shambles.
