Was handed a bag of fries on a tray and none of us had ordered them. My grandson was dissapointed when I said to the young girl they weren't ours

Then we get home only to find several of our ordered items missing. Tried for several hours to reach a manager on the phone with no answer. Live too far from the restaurant to return and their online complaints process is a JOKE!
- AMAndrew MaginMay 1, 20261.0I visited this McDonald's in wishaw on Glasgow rd on tuesday 28/4/26 around 19.00 pm and I came across the most rude chip on her shoulder ( or McDonald's fries large portion) manager. You know who you are due to your bright orange hair! She needs to learn some people skills or even better the owner of the store could send her on a course. Also please do something about your hygiene as the smell of body odour is not pleasant at all and should be dealt with before you start your shift due to you working in a food environment! I'll never visit this McDonald's again!!
