  Decent coop and layout. Just wish the coffee machine inside was a Costa one like other coops

  Order 21, normal order restored. No cheese and onion rolls after order place. Stop advertising produce you don't have in stock. 20 out of 20 you actually had the cheese and onion rolls, but falsely advertised other item that were missing. 19 out of 19 and still you don't improve. 18 out of 18 orders. Advertising stock you don't have. 17 out 17 orders you cannot get stock control correct. This is just a principle now. Clowns. Now 16 out of 16. I wonder at what point this company are going to wake up??? Now 15 out of 15 orders with falsely advertised stock! Stop advertising stock you do not have available. Namely the fresh baked cheese and onion rolls. 14 out of 14 orders now have been placed since the start of March and on 14 occasions you take the order and surprise surprise, out of stock. You need to sort you stock control. IT IS ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. Someone needs to give their head a wobble, because they are not doing their job correctly. HOW CAN YOU BE THIS BAD? Alternatively, if my first statement is incorrect. Here is a radical idea that nobody in history will ever of thought of. If you keep running out of something, let's make more.... Though the idea will likely never take off. It doesn't even matter what time of day you order. Same issue, show as available and then none available after the order is placed. Or maybe it's my fault. Repeating the same action over and over and expecting a different outcome?? FYI, I also regularly order from a Coop in Stockport when I am working. They do not have this issue.

  DO NOT take DPD label less parcels! They do not have the facilities, even though they advertise it!! Worst the staff took my parcel and just chuck it with everything without any bar code or anything. If i hadn’t gone back to ask again, my parcel would have been lost!

  Why have a DPD drop off point when you can’t print the label? The whole idea of digital label is that you print off the actual label at the drop off point! Do not use.

  I would just like to say ,I called into the store today..and the young lady working there was amazing 👏...so nice to go and have a member of staff advice me on good wine...I don't really go in there only I was on my way back from the dentist...I will definitely be going again...I didn't catch her name...but she did your store justice!
