  Very rude customer service I was waiting in line for half an hour for an alarm tag to be taken off by an employee called blina she was very rude and didn’t care about anything. Please train you’re staff to respect and act accordingly to their customers

  Good afternoon, I would like to complain about very poor customer service I have experienced today. I went to the till with reasonable small queue and it happened to be the longest wait. The cashier was really slow and seemed like he was either suffering with learning difficulties or didn't really care. I have not seen his 'special badge' or anyone supervising him so he definitely wasn't learning. He struggled with counting to ten and scanning items. When it came to my turn, he didn't reply the basics: good morning or anything like that. I have grabbed ten chocolate raisins 150g bag and they were laying two each so it was easy to count. He first started scanning one each and after realising it takes so long I told him it's ten packs. He struggled to count and even understand what I was saying. The woman in the queue behind me were also shaking her head, because this particular cashier was way too slow and he seemed not to totally understand what was happening. At the end of scanning I had problems with contactless payment, but he ALSO didn't bother to inform me that the payment did not go through. So at the end it wasted much more of my time. Coul you please perhaps place only people capable of scanning items and being able to count to ten? Also this man has no customer service manners. At the end of my visit I told him thank you- he did not reply. So I said very loudly HAVE A NICE DAY so all the people turned around. He also did not reply. Is this the new era of Tesco's staff?
