- GAGeo AMay 15, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at Tesco Express Hadley. I went there after picking up my three children from school to buy three EE SIM cards, one for each child. My wife was only allowed to buy two, so I went in myself and politely asked to buy one more for my third daughter. The cashier refused and said he had seen me talking to my wife on the phone, so he could not sell the third SIM card to our family. I was told to go to another shop instead. I found this very upsetting and embarrassing, especially as I am disabled and had parked in the disabled bay. When I turned to leave, a security guard and another assistant were behind me, which made me feel like I had done something wrong. Very poor customer service. The policy should have been explained respectfully, not in a way that made a family feel unwelcome.
