  I've been shopping at this store regularly for a number of years, and I've always found it to be a very pleasant experience. The staff go above and beyond to help, and make you feel valued. However, the same cannot be said for who I assume to be, the store manager. A number of occasions I have been in store and witnessed the way he talks to his staff, which I find appalling. I will keep shopping here due to the wonderful staff, however, I feel the manager needs some serious coaching in regard to how he speaks to his staff.
