  Terrible stale food they don’t care bout anything ordered a sharerbox and got nuggets and onion rings that taste like plastic and stale stored for the whole day they can’t be asked to cook it fresh

  We visited last monday for breakfast and it wasnt a bad meal. We ordered via self service board so cant comment on the staff. We had 2 x Sausage baps, 1 x bacon baps and 3 bags of mini hash browns plus drinks. Think the price was around £25. The hash browns were 1.99 each and there was so many in the bag, well worth the price!!! Food was cooked fresh so had a few mins to wait which we didnt mind as it was early in the morning so not rush hour.

  Staff are rude and the way they respond is very impolite, specifically the team leader. Never use them again

  Ordered Whopper with cheese, some sort of 'chicken' burger, 2 fries and 2 bottles of water. £24.98. The whopper was cold/tepid and falling apart, my friend said the chicken burger was the same. It was shameful, the food was just horrible and I usually love BK. We were the only ones there as it was about 9:30 am, Wednesday on the way to Heathrow airport. They must have literally microwaved for 15 seconds. The staff were just hiding at the back and and no idea how to serve customers or prepare the food. I feel physically sick at spending that much money on such atrocious burgers and surprised the tepid burgers didn't make us sick. Avoid avoid avoid.

  The worst burger I ever ate. Basic cheeseburger. Nothing inside except a bland reheated single patty, tiny amount if cheese no condiments whatsoever. Been repeating on me ever since ? Drive back to Brighton). Shocking
