- SKShannon KateJul 12, 20261.0Dissapointed doesnt even cut it, what can i say i arrive to try order food here an was told there wohld be a 5 to 20 minute wait as tills were reboting, i understand as iv previously worked here myself two years ago, but when on returning to order an reciving my food, big mac meal, two cheese burger happy meals to taking them home five minutes away, i dont expect mt food to be stone cold or my childrens!! I mean theres no excuse food should of been made fresh considering the tills were down, im basically eating cold beef thats came out of one of there draws, an fries that are rock hard! Please sort this out it isnt the first down an really lets the mcdonalds chain down, when i worked here this wasnt exeptable so why is it now?

This time they failed to pack the kids happy meal I paid for (order 80) the other week it was my sons Big Mac! Utter joke of a place, deffo going to KFC in future! To add insult, my sons Banana milkshake was mostly Strawberry with Banana at the top - did not request a mixed milkshake that's for sure.
