  I ordered a pizza by phone for collection in this disgraceful branch and the manager charged me £ 110.99 instead of £11.99. I noticed the next day and this rude person who himself did the transaction blamed me. He said I am going to refund you and they never did. Instead I was receiving intimidating calls to ask if I wanted the hole among of money £ 100 pizza. I waited for my refund and nothing happened. I raised a dispute with Dominos they sent me an email to call in a certain number which doesn’t seem to work at all and they don't even bother to answer my emails. This weekend me and my husband went to buy 9 pizzas for my daughter birthday and guess what the man at the counter wanted to charge us £195 for the pizzas. We had to use the calculator to tell them that the pizzas cost only £84. That very day I realised that they charge you as they want to because the large margherita pizza I usually order is only 9.99 real prize but they charge me £11.99. Be very careful from these rip off, rude branch. Check the price and compare with other branches . They always try to overcharge you. Shame on them.

  Found pieces of hair in BOTH pizzas and only realised half way through eating. Rung the store to complain and he told me “that’s impossible” “we never leave food in hair” but I saw what I saw, I’m not delusional. My brother even had one in his mouth. The hair was straight and my family have curly hair so it couldn’t be any of ours! He said there was nothing he could do, no refund or remake of the pizza? Absolutely diabolical customer service and I will never order from this Dominos again.
