  Nice food, the service from the server was below average, but the management was really organised! She was not only thinking of the customers but she was thinking of all the staff as well! She commanded professionalism, it’s just a shame her team were less supportive and driven. The atmosphere was bright and loud! If you were sitting in a small group on 1 table, then you’ll be fine, large groups would struggle to hear each other. To get a 5 stars - don’t drown the food in the box with so much sauce it leaks out the bottom. The team serving need to be more supportive of people that come in and are a little overwhelmed with the lights and the noise. It can be a challenging experience for a first timer. Atmosphere; you need to turn the music down! The increased music volume meant the kitchen staff needed to shout at each other just to get the orders through. It would not surprise me if they all went home with headaches and sore throats. I would go again, as I would be more prepared for the environment this time around.

  First time visiting Wingstop at Trafford Centre over the weekend and I honestly loved it. I ordered the chicken burger with crispy tenders, slaw, pickles, and ranch with fries and a Coca-Cola, and everything was spot on. The chicken was crispy and juicy, the burger had loads of flavour, and the fries were fresh and nicely seasoned. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food came out quickly even though it was busy. Really good first experience overall and I’ll definitely be coming back again.

  Absolutely disgusting experience today. I was treated like a thief over missing ranch sauce that was supposed to be in my bag. When I politely asked for it, one of the workers accused me of “taking the piss” and the manager was even worse, instantly becoming rude, aggressive, and telling me I wasn’t getting any ranch at all. I’ve genuinely never been spoken to with such disrespect over something so small in my life. The cheap, low class attitude and complete lack of professionalism from both staff members was embarrassing to witness. After a long argument and finally getting an apology, I did get the ranch, but no customer should ever be falsely accused and treated with that level of arrogance and discrimination over £4 worth of sauce. They seriously need better staff working there. Pathetic.

  Food was good but at 19:40 on 29.04.26 , one of the workers barged into my girlfriend then scowled at her looking her up and down as my girlfriend apologised. Didn’t see a name tag but she’s about 4ft and quite “bouncy” looking, with makeup that would turn any fella to stone
