- MRMahinur Rahman3 days ago3.0Sudden closures are not convenient. Many people may not notice the signs unless they look around carefully!! McDonald’s management might assume that only thieves or drunk people would have problems with it, but that is not professional. I also noticed that many other services at McDonald’s are poorly managed as their rules and policies. The system has been updated and modernized, but people’s mentality is still poor. and some of Mc staff are the way!

She is behaviour was unprofessional as a shift manager at 7: 29 pm. The incident was happened at 7:29 pm when I went over there for pick up delivery food. I told her verbally the customer food order number. She passed the food and I accepted. Than she said that i have to show her my mobile to her for verification. I don't know that, she is a side manager and doesn't know that she can't check other people's personal belongings items without the permission. Finally, i would say it delivery drivers earning effect and waste of time to do urgent in front of desk. I request McDonald’s must sackfire this kind of behaviour manager. They also keep qualified sfatt for customer service to maintain their good reputation. Otherwise customers and delivery turn away from them than they will loose in enormously . I believe McDonald's will take it into considerations and take action against of this misbehaving staff. Thank you very much.

I paid £18 for this order, but I have not received the correct item or a refund. I have also tried calling you, but no one is answering the phone.
