The food at Zuma is outstanding — the black cod and beef tenderloin were absolutely incredible. However, our experience was ruined by one staff member who raised his voice at us while taking our order. Everyone around us was staring — it was embarrassing. And even after that, his attitude didn’t improve at all. For a restaurant of this reputation, this level of service is completely unacceptable. Management was made aware, but I hope they take this seriously. Great food, terrible service.

Loved the dessert platter! So delish! Great service and food was quickly served! Drinks were 10/10 too. Highly recommend the dessert platter, skewers and calamari. Sushi could’ve been a bit better as they were a bit on the tougher side. Not sure if it’s a good choice for birthdays as most tables were more for business casual dinners. Not as good as the hongkong branch! 🥹
