I served by Mark today, I hadn't seen him for a while, but i have No complaints about his service. He served others before myself, each seemed to be individual service (not robotic). He has an air of being Professional, Polite & is always well presented. I Agree with others, ☆☆☆☆☆.
- PVPauline VanessaApr 18, 20265.0Im adding to my review for 13.5, i was so impressed by the way that Mark helped an elderly customer, not only did he bag the customers items, but also placed it in the ladies walking aid, 5 ☆ all the way. Served this afternoon by Mark, very sociable and polite, he seems to be liked by who I think might be regular shoppers i have been in before and can say he seems to be consistent with how he is with customer's.I also love all his rings.

- MRMr P J RichardsNov 28, 20255.0Adding to my review on my visit today 4.4, Mark always seems to be on his own, But Manages to keep customers happy and served quickly, plus again singing, a family was on one of the self service tills & where listening if not suprised that it was Mark, they seemed entertained 👍👍,Keep it going Mark, it cheers people up. I revisited this store again on 14.2 after some time away. When I came in I heard someone singing (that was over music being played) 'Lady In Red' then 'Perfect' & of Course i saw it was Mark, & I must Concur with previous reviewers, he has a Great Voice (as another customer also commented to him), I will also give ☆☆☆☆☆. Great to see Mark today, I look at some of the past reviews that are negative about him, but this is not what i see when I've come in as have many of my colleagues, we all say that he brings a more personal approach which always makes for a better experience.
