Accessibility:
We visited this wheelchair accessible restaurant with our two young children. We informed them in advance that we will be bringing a wheelchair and stroller, and they made sure to take note of our needs and were prepared for our visit. The staff accommodated my disabled son and his wheelchair immediately. We felt welcomed and comfortable. They made sure we had enough space for our equipment and belongings and treated us with respect. The food and ambience were enjoyable. Highly recommend this restaurant - especially for families and wheelchair users.

I had my first ROKA experience for my cousins birthday. Whilst the staff, food & ambiance was 10/10, I found the lack of phone reception inside really poor. Some people at the table were able to log on to the WiFi, some were not. The toilets being down fairly steep stairs was not ideal when wearing heels. I did expect to see hand cream in the toilets also but there wasnt any. The chairs were fairly heavy, so tucking yourself in at the table wasnt easy. There was also no where to stretch your legs out underneath the table because of the design of it.

Worst experience! I took a group of friends after the incredible experience at the canary wharf branch but the experience in Mayfair was terrible. Rude staff that never bothered with us, took me 30 mins to get someone’s attention to order coke. The entire service was slow. Respectfully, wagamamas is more attentive at a much cheaper price!
The management seems as unbothered as all the other staff. I don’t think anything will change until their attitude is resolved. Won’t be going back ever for that price point and service it is never worth it. Not even worth trying again.
I am only sorry that I talked so highly of this place before we went there. Complete let down.

Had a great experience at ROKA Mayfair. I ordered the Donburi menu — the food was delicious and the portions were generous, with 3 dishes for £20, which is excellent value for Mayfair.
The staff were attentive and welcoming, and the ambience was beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. A great restaurant to eat Japanese food with good prices considering the quality and prime Mayfair.

Food was great. Organisation has potential for improvement. It took about 20 mins before our first sushi plates were served, which was a tad long. Roasted sweet potato was served long after the last sushi plate when we'd already forgot about it and were ready to ask for a bill. It was perfect though. We got double charged for one sushi plate, but upon complaining we only ordered one portion the bill got immediately adjusted. The decor, and the atmosphere were fantastic. Regarding cleanliness, black marks on toilets presumably from a toilet brush should be taken care of.
