  I would like to raise a concern about the condition of your store, specifically regarding the frequent obstruction of aisles by staff restocking trolleys. On multiple occasions, I have found that access between the shelves—particularly in areas such as the dairy section—is blocked by large stock cages and trolleys. This makes it difficult to move around the store, access products, and shop comfortably. It is especially inconvenient during busy periods and could present a safety risk in case of an emergency or for customers with mobility issues. I fully understand that restocking is necessary; however, it should be managed in a way that does not obstruct customer access or compromise safety. At present, it appears this issue is ongoing and not being properly controlled. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and improvements made to ensure aisles remain accessible at all times, or that restocking is carried out more efficiently with consideration for customers. Thank you.

  Customer service zero (0). No sense to how to talk with customers even don’t know how to talk with the peoples. No humanity. Staff just showing arrogance. Don’t know about the Customer Service and jus got the job by the references and showing the own the place. Manager need take the action and teach them customer service
