  Worst experience when buying alcohol. I and my friend were buying alcohol and the staff wants to see an id before buying it. We didn’t have any id at that moment so we rushed home and got an id and went back again. But the staff didn’t allow me to take the bottles coz he wants to see my friend’s id too and it was ridiculous. He didn’t mention he needed two of our ids and that it was mandatory. Worst experience. I asked another staff member and she also said the same thing and this sounds ridiculous. Even i want to see the cow from which you got ur milk from so that I know its organic.

  I recently visited Tesco Superstore and had a very positive overall experience. The store is spacious, well organised, and easy to navigate, with clear signage that helps you find everything quickly. One of the biggest strengths is the wide variety of products available — from fresh fruits and vegetables to bakery items, household essentials, clothing, electronics, and even ready-to-eat meals. The fresh produce section looked clean and well stocked, and the quality of fruits and vegetables was generally good. The bakery section had a nice selection of fresh bread, pastries, and cakes that were both affordable and tasty. I also found the chilled and frozen sections to be very well maintained, with plenty of options for quick meals and family groceries. Pricing is reasonable for most items, especially with Clubcard offers, which make a noticeable difference when shopping. There are frequent discounts, and it feels like you can save a lot if you pay attention to the deals available throughout the store. The staff were helpful and polite whenever I needed assistance, and the checkout process was smooth with both self-checkout and manned tills available. Even during busy hours, the queues moved fairly quickly. Parking was also convenient, with plenty of space available and easy access to the store entrance. Overall, Tesco Superstore is a reliable place for weekly shopping, offering good value, variety, and convenience under one roof. I would definitely recommend it for everyday grocery and household needs.

  Just like all tescos clean and tidy with everything you could need ,without the shopping centre crowding ,nice sized shop not too busy ,staff pleasant

  One of the most arrogant staff ever I have seen on a supermarket in uk. The guy named SANJAY behaved so rudely with me and my girl friend as if he is behaving like the boss of the tesco supermarket. Worst customer service.

  Deeply disappointed with staff there as I paid for my items and they believe that I stole when I proved to em wrong with receipts all o got was abuse from the staff won’t be returning
