We waited around 10 minutes to be served while a group of young staff members were talking, messing around and throwing things around the kitchen, despite clearly seeing us waiting at the till. Eventually, a woman came over to ask if we were okay. I was initially unsure whether she even worked there, as she was wearing jeans and a pink crop top, with no obvious indication that she was a member of staff. When our food eventually arrived, it was cold, so we had to ask for it to be remade. The overall service was terrible. I was also concerned about the hygiene standards. Watching what appeared to be sweets being thrown between staff in the kitchen, right next to where food was being prepared. Management need to look into this and need to offer some training to their staff.

Hello, one bacon and egg McMuffin, one orange juice, three hashbrowns please, no ice. That will be all. Thank you.

Poor service , took just over 45 minutes to get food. They make many errors regularly on orders. New very young staff need training and motivation. They don’t put receipt paper in the ordering terminals so you can’t complain. This maybe why the regional manager is unaware of this poor performing Macdonalds. If they were aware they could mitigate with training and experienced management who could transform it to the Macdonald’s standard.

Ordered for delivery on the app, waited for an hour and a half as it was continuously delayed and then my order was cancelled.
