Visited last Friday popped in with friends for snack and coffee. Middle aged woman behind counter miserable as sin..i asked if someone could clear and wipe down table no answer from her, it was filthy still didn't do it instead she stacked pkts crisps in baskets..then left her shift and walked out...get more friendly staff and products to clean up the tables and floors...shockingly bad !shame on you greggs you need to also have a word with your staff in this establishment Headingly Leeds😡

Extremely dirty place, short staff also extremely stressed by lot's of uni guys. Totally chaotic store. Wipe the tables and sweep up the floore more of time please.

What happens to your leftover food?
We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
