- BGBibita GadalMay 18, 20265.0My boyfriend and I went in at Bluewater today. We both love Wingstop and usually come here every month because the food and customer service are normally amazing. However, today was really disappointing. When we ordered our chicken wings, the chicken was very dry and there was barely any sauce compared to how it usually is. Normally the wings are full of flavour and well coated, but today they didn’t taste the same at all. Also, the staff didn’t come over to ask if everything was okay, which they usually do on other visits.I’ve always loved the wings here so it was disappointing to have this experience today. I hope this was just a one-off because we usually really enjoy coming here.

Machine is probably not cleaned and maintained properly. The chicken is dripping with hot fat, and the sauces were quite unpleasant, again leaving an unpleasant aftertaste. The music is too loud to be able to hear what the servers are saying, and they don’t speak particularly clearly, so it wasn’t 100% clear what we’d ordered. The chips were okay, and that was the high point. Avoid the place and spend your money somewhere serving decent food.

Highly recommended, and hopefully you have the pleasure of being served by him too!
