  Great Service. I took 5 watches in for battery replacements. This was all done within the hour. The man in the shop was helpful and professional. In my opinion this shop is the best Timpsons around. The man also polished our watches up beautifully.

  I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt this one was deserved. I needed some packaging tape and the shelf was completely empty. I asked Gemma from the GM department if there was any available. Instead of simply saying it was out of stock or pointing me somewhere else, she stopped what she was doing, went to the stockroom, and came back with exactly what I needed. It may sound like a small thing, but this kind of customer service is becoming rare. Many employees would have simply said there wasn’t any available. Gemma went out of her way to help, despite being busy with other work. Her willingness to go the extra mile saved me time and helped me get something I urgently needed. Thank you, Gemma. Tesco is lucky to have staff members like you. ☺️

  Update your schedule, it's showing here that it will close at 12 but when I went there at 11:15 they wouldn't let me through. It's closed.
