  Too bad, a lady staff at the counter being rude for no reason. She scoffed at me when I approached the counter. But she was friendly towards white people, she was smiling at them and saying good bye as well... All of that turned on a dime when I approached. Dear Tesco, at least hire your staff properly... Don't discriminate someone for their skin color... It just happened around 16:50...

  Chronically under-staffed. I feel bad for the staff who look so miserable. You have to stop serving yourself and go looking for a staff member to help you (and you're paying a premium for it). Self-service machines rarely have receipts but there's never staff there to serve you unless it's lunch-time. Aisles are very tight and the staff will leave trolleys around every corner for you to walk into. I often walk into the trolleys. You're completely screwed if you're a wheelchair user. Can't grab certain items from the shelf because the staff are always standing there filling the shelves with a trolley blocking the items. It's very expensive if you're buying branded items. I would avoid this store and only use it after 6pm because there's no other option other than Premier (who are also owned by Tesco by the way). Avoid if you can.

  £2.85 for a small 600ml bottle of cherry Pepsi! Considering the pricing, bumper profits, and a lack of staff due to self service machines everywhere it's an absolute disgrace that this is happening in a cost of living crisis.
