  Everytime you visit, they either mess up you order or take ages for simple meals. Will go out of my way to avoid this place. The Mcdonald's by West Green Sainsbury's is MUCH better.

  Absolutely disgusted with my experience at McDonald’s. I was a PAYING customer, kept my receipt, and used the car park while eating inside the restaurant — yet I still received a ridiculous £100 parking charge from MET Parking for allegedly overstaying by a short amount of time on a Sunday afternoon when the car park was practically EMPTY. What makes this even worse is that despite proving I was an actual customer spending money in the restaurant, neither MET Parking nor the McDonald’s manager showed the slightest bit of common sense, fairness, or customer care. The manager was completely unhelpful and acted like this scam has nothing to do with them, even though McDonald’s are the ones employing these parking cowboys to harass their own customers. It honestly feels like MET Parking’s entire business model is designed to trap people into fines over minor overstays regardless of whether they were genuine customers or not. £100 reduced to “only” £60 if paid early is still outrageous considering I was there spending money in the restaurant. Punishing loyal paying customers over a few extra minutes while the car park sits half empty is beyond pathetic. McDonald’s should be ashamed for partnering with companies like this. Instead of valuing customers, they allow aggressive parking enforcement to drive people away. Between the poor food quality, terrible customer service, and now being effectively fined for eating there, I can confidently say I will NEVER eat at McDonald’s again. Both MET Parking and McDonald’s should be embarrassed by how this was handled. Absolute disgrace of a company and a perfect example of how to lose customers permanently.   I hardly review anything but what happened just now I must post somewhere, I ordered a happy meal for my child and when I got home the box was empty, I phoned them up and all I got was come back and we'll give another another one, this by far is the worst McDonald's I've ever been, countless times I have been there and always something missing, when it happens to me it's OK but for a child at this time in the evening when is poorly expecting his happy meal, is not OK. I would have given 0 star if I could, they couldn't even offer to diver it.

  Unfortunately didn't receive any fries with 2 meals. Didn't realise until I got home because I did click and collect order on app, so very disappointed now. How can staff forget fries that come with meals!! For info the click and collect spaces are immediately on your left as you enter car park, they are not easy to see if cars are already parked there, because there is no sign above but only on the ground in spaces. The staff member came out and delivered correctly to the bay I was in which was very good but NO FRIES!!!

  My 5 year and ger friends could do a better job! Ordered from Ubereats, I felt like that was a mistake already but we're all housebound as not well. The delivery driver was on a push bike so surprise, surprise the drinks spilled and soaked through the bag. The guy just handed it to my other half, no apology or how to complain. Then if that wasn't bad enough we find out our order is completely screwed up. A wrap that's supposed to have no egg in with a label stating 'NO EGG' on it, had egg it in. It's lucky none of us are allergic. That's a real health hazard as you'd trust the label. We were also given a double sausage egg McMuffin instead of a cheesy bacon flatbread but even THAT was wrong as it wasn't double. Then we have to complain via Ubereats and all they do is issue a refund. Oh and not only that, you also have to pay for the privilege of it being delivered but I don't get that back do I?! How about you actually fix the real problems MacDonalds and Ubereats?! Total joke
