  Awful. I got poisoned by a Chicken Royale burger here and it nearly killed me. That also landed me in hospital for 2 weeks.

  Leftover food on most tables, filthy soda machines out of stock of most drinks. Unswept floor. Kitchen in the back seemed clean though the staff did not. Can only order via a touch screen, one of which wasn't working so there was a large queue. Automation is not a replacement for human service. Despite being a new shiny restaurant somehow has dive-bar vibes. Food was nice, burgers were neatly assembled instead of smashed together in the large hardon collider but overall is overpriced for what it is. There is better fast food / restaurants in the shopping centre than this for similar if not cheaper prices.

  Appalling service, no one on till I asked if I could make a cash purchase to be told only if you press cash on the kiosk Lots of people waiting and no one looking at cash payments I left with out making a purchase Total shambles and staff looked disinterested in customer service. If short staffed at least be friendly to the customers that do come in and it smile that is within your gift! Shocking, won’t be returning
