Almost every visit, products — especially meat and steak items — trigger the alarms at the self-checkouts for no reason. The security staff are only doing their job when the alarms go off, so this is clearly a management or store system issue that has been ignored for far too long. Customers should not have to go through repeated bag checks and embarrassment because staff cannot properly manage security tags or faulty checkout systems. It creates a stressful and frustrating shopping experience for regular paying customers. The store management needs to take responsibility and finally fix whatever is causing these constant false alarms instead of letting the same problem continue week after week
