  Great food and best costumer services. I really enjoyed my time at Wingstop. All staffs were wonderful especially Anandhu . He was really good to me and my friends. I do recommend this shop to everyone.

  Great food and bold flavours at wingstop.The food were perfectly cooked with wide variety of sauces to choose from. Service was quick and friendly. Making it a great spot to relax.Had a great time with Mr. Anandhu Definitely worth the visit .

  i went here the other day, the food was okay although not the best. i had tenders and a ranch dip and the dip had a hair in it. i told a staff member about this she handled it professionally but i was only given another pot of sauce and was not offered a refund. this experience made me feel sick and put me off wing stop.

  Unfortunately not a great experience at all, they need to visit Birmingham and see how its done properly. I asked for buffalo wings which I was told they dont sell (since found out they call it 'original'), the guy didnt know what buffalo flavour was so ended up with something else which was ok. Ordered fries as well and then sat down. Food came out, Wings were fine and hot, but chips so cold baring in mind this was just freshly served. Was asked during the meal how things were, so I said "wings good, chips very cold" and was met with a laugh and response of "at least the wings are good" and then they walked off!? I wouldn't return here thats for sure, they need to learn from Birmingham Branch in which was fantastic service throughout, waitress lovely, completely different story. Cardiff Wingstop is ok, but I won't return.

  Been visiting here semi-regularly for months now so thought it’s finally time to contribute to their good reputation. The service is pretty good here, it can get silly busy so wait times get up there but staff are always really attentive and will get you your food the second it’s ready. The chicken itself is great quality. I really appreciate that the wings aren’t breaded, just classic fried naked wings just like it’s supposed to be done. The breaded bites are still a great option if you don’t fancy fiddling with bones. The tenders are really great, perfectly crispy outer whilst still being really juicy chicken. The fries are nothing special but the seasoning options really help lift them. The big thing that really makes Wingstop great is the fantastic range of flavour options, all of which are great in their own way. I’m a big fan of spicy food so I’m really drawn to the Atomic sauce; it is spicy af but it’s also packed full of flavour. The Mango Habanero is also a great shout for a sweet and sour type flavour but with a little bit of heat. If you really want to appreciate the quality of the chicken tenders, I’d recommend either Lemon Pepper or the Louisiana Rub on the tenders, both options are just incredible. My only complaint is that I wish the Original sauce had a stronger buffalo flavour; it looks just like buffalo sauce but the flavour really falls flat. My recommended order would be to get ‘The Flavour Fix’ for £14.95, you get 3 tenders, 8 wings/boneless bites and fries. Great value, you’ll definitely be full afterwards, and you can try 3 different chicken flavours. Best flavours are defo Lemon Pepper, Louisiana Rub, Mango Habanero, Spicy Korean and Atomic.
