  I am physically disabled and suffer with ADHD and anxiety and the past year and a half. I have been going to Milton Tesco to do my shopping at night because it is quieter unless overwhelming for me., I have had assistance from their amazing night staff who helped me select my shopping and also help me put it through the checkout I would like to thank Carl Alice and Dion for their Stirling work in helping somebody with disability To do something they find difficult to do otherwise Tesco should be proud. They have staff such as this working for them they are amazing.😀😍😀

  I needed to ring Tesco Mobile, but I couldn't get through because their line in the shop was dead! I then tried other in store departments and the same thing happened. Not impressed at all. No way to contact them.

  Two stars only, because they have no bread. The bakery has stopped baking wholemeal loaves - almost everything at the bakery counter is white - or some form of cake passing as bread. No more interesting loaves, like the long departed triple rye, but hard, rubbery loaves with artisan names and inedible flesh. Also - my pet peeve - they've stopped doing cheap 2 litre bottles of own brand pop, and instead are selling ginger beer, cream soda, etc, only in multi-packs of cans: a mean and annoying cash grab.

  Extremely slow service at the pharmacy, incredebly rude and inconsiderate! I came here during the day only to see they are suddenly on break (out of schedule) and I have to wait 40 minutes. When I came back the queue was long, again had to wait 15 minutes only to be told by Natalie ‘20 mins to despense your precription’. So I am now wasting a whole afternoon (during working hours!) for one little cream that apparently needs 20 minutes to dispense. All of this in 23 degrees when my dog is in the car for which I was told to: ‘pull the window down’. Rude, unprofessional, uncapable people! Not to mention the lack of internet, the no service wifi which makes the whole shopping a bad experience.
