  The new self check out tills are a shambles. Why change what wasn't broken. Im paying good money for shopping why should I be expected to serve myself .

  Absolutely poor customer service One really rude lady with name tag Andrea. I tried to ask her about a product and she didn’t acknowledge me and instead restocking shelves in front of me. Finally, when i was acknowledged she looked at me in disgust and told me where to go. I tried to say thank you but she walked off. When I finally went to go pay for my shopping she took no care in scanning my products. I was asked for ID and gave it, but was told i do not look the same. I was refused the product and was told it cannot be accepted. The only difference was my hair, which i explained and attempted to show a photo of when i had that specific wig on. I don’t see any excuse at all for the experience i had. As a black woman I felt ashamed. When i walked off, she was muttering words in a different language. As someone who’s moved to Histon quite recently for my son to have a better life in a nicer community, and having him attend the school nearby, I definitely won’t be bringing him here and i am very dissapointed in the staff member who treated me like I’m not human as well! Co op please check your staff out!

  My card was declined. The guy on the till, today between: 15: 10 and 15: 25 wouldn't give me the receipt proving it was declined. He is often very difficult. The supervisor was very polite and said he will have a word with him.

  I'm pretty annoyed, I asked how much something was he ignored me. Went to the counter oh I can't scan that when it's obvious other people have brought it, so would be a price but the biggest thing was the absolute rudeness and sense of not caring. I won't be going back in a hurry. Even as I was leaving heard him disappointed mother and child.
