- ERElaine RoseApr 27, 20261.0Terrible place. Staff rude and ignorant. If you ask them a question the reply you get is ‘don’t know’ . It has become a joke within my family now and when anyone stays I don’t know, we laugh and say you should get a job at the co-op. Took a parcel in this morning to be collected by DPD and you would think I was asking to look at the Crown Jewels. Before I took the parcel in, they asked how big it was and I told them it was a damaged vacuum cleaner. One member of staff got the tape measure out and said well this is the limit that we can take. The parcel was well under the size so I went to the car and brought the parcel in and then another member of staff said ‘really we are only supposed to take half the size of the tape measure’. I explained that the other person had said They could take the size of the whole tape measure and then the lady said well we will take it this time but if it gets damaged, don’t moan to us and it will probably end up just thrown on the floor. To be honest, I don’t care what they do with it being as I’ve got my receipt to say that it has been sent back, but their attitude is absolutely appalling. Staff need to do a course in customer service I phoned them afterwards for phone number of their head office and guess what they said ‘I don’t know’.
